Upper Township - According to the Herald, Those over 65 years old comprise 30% of the cases, with individuals from 41-65 years old accounting for 42%. I am a 44 year old and my job has just given those 65 years and older 6 weeks personal time off and I only have been given 2 weeks. I work for a big box retailer and I think it is total age discrimination.
