North Wildwood - I read a spout about trying to save the 3rd Street beach over the years and think of the cost of watching our tax dollars wash out to sea in the next storm. Thirty years ago that same location was an inlet that was 60-feet deep. Whatever beach we had in that location is now a massive sand dune and the city should consider ending replenishment in that area. Let the sand wash out to sea and stop fighting Mother Nature because the beach is always changing.
