Customers having to pay for parking is indeed a deterrent and not good for businesses. Also, in the statement, "Because of Wildwood's free beaches, Leonetti believes that savings are available to locals and guests," who does the commissioner think pays for the beaches? The beaches may be free for guests, but property owners sure are paying for them with their taxes.
