To the webcam spouter: Schools are in session this time of year, so kids don't get out until around 2:30-3 p.m. I also live around the field and see them walking to the park after school every day. The sun sets at 4:30 so they get two hours of daylight. As other spouters have mentioned, the field is used heavily every weekend for flag football and youth soccer. I believe the renovations were part of the proposal to Cape May County for open space preservation. This preserved open space raises your property value. It's more than a little creepy that you have a webcam pointed where children play.
