The NWW police have more important calls, emergencies....to respond to than smoking on the beach. There are 3-5 full time police officers on per shift. Talk about being out numbered and in harms way daily. Did the Mayor, Chief and lieutenants consider how the town would enforce all rules. Maybe the chief and lieutenants need to be mandated to do overtime as well. Maybe even ask the prosecutor’s office (many still working remotely) to assist on the island that promotes constant drinking and poor decisions.
