As a local bartender facing my 13th season, I believe that waitstaff/bartenders/owners should be recognized for what they do. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we have unpredictable schedules, eat when hungry and sleep when tired. We are not just servers. In Wildwood, we are professionals. When the massive waves of volume hit, we have to be sharp for every situation.
