I’ve seen a lot of hostility toward the golf carts and now I’m on board with that crowd. If the machine can’t go over 15 mph, it doesn’t belong on our streets. I’m a cautious driver, and don’t exceed the speed limit, but following these clown carts 10 blocks on Surf or Central creates a real traffic back up. I’m guessing they’re not all this slow, or maybe it’s the driver, but come on already.
