Re: the Cape May spouter who said there is no law saying you can’t ride a bike on the side walk. Bikes are subject to all the laws of motor vehicles. Since you are not allowed to ride a motor vehicle on the sidewalk ergo, you can’t ride a bike there either. The clue is in the name: sideWALK.
