I can tell it is summer. People staying blocks away come to the more residential streets, park their cars and leave them for the duration of their stay. It wouldn't be so bad, but they park in 'no parking' zones, or take up multiple spots with one vehicle, and when they do come get their car, they clean it out and leave their trash in front of our properties. Please show some respect.
