Everyone is thankful that the convicted murderer, Sweat, has been apprehended without any civilian or law enforcement casualties. The question that should be posed is who was the person responsible for this massive search? It is difficult to believe that a search consisting of trained law enforcement, with the most sophisticated weapons, and massive air presence were unable to bring these individuals under control for over three weeks. The cost has to be astronomical. Yes, investigate the prison for the escape, but also the less than stellar search for these criminals.
