Does the North Wildwood police department require physical fitness tests for their staff? One of the personnel is extremely over weight. We watched them respond to a situation; it took them 2-3 minutes just to get out of their vehicle and several more minutes to arrive on scene. Once there, they were out of breath and very cranky/rude. Perhaps if they were in better physical condition, they would have a better attitude, be able to assist other officers, and be an overall asset to the department.
