There should be restrictions that food stamps should only be used to buy healthy foods. I saw someone buy an iced tea and a candy bar with them and had to pay for her cigarettes with cash. We can't blame it just on the current administration, because during the previous administration, I saw someone buy two $12 cakes on food stamps.
