North Cape May - What is it with these people nowadays I go to a haardfware store Sunday to pick up some supplies. The guy in front of me has a dog in one of the carts meant for children the dog bark from the time he got in the cart till the time they left, I would hate to put my kid in that cart after the dog was in it, these people with their dogs down here out of control. They can’t be one minute without their dog.
