North Cape May - What a horrible idea for Lower Township to place trash cans along Beach Drive at the beach access paths. The cans are the size of a bathroom wastebasket, and are constantly overflowing. People have taken their trash home with them for 50 years, and now they are leaving bags of trash and broken beach chairs along the drive. Remove the trash cans now.
