North Cape May - Spout Off has changed over the last few years. Now it's just a place for (old) people to complain about anything. And the Moderator always has to put their two cents in, whether it is warranted or not. Lastly, they print only what they want. Factual Spouts NEVER get printed, just Spouts that will rile up a certain demographic.
