North Cape May - Re: a North Cape May spouter who stated that a special needs child needs to be taken out of daycare, did they think to engage the parent? How do they know the state pays for it, and that actually is none of their business. The daycare is responsible to give the parent/child a fair education and, if needed, they are responsible to help that parent receive early intervention to receive services. That is the law. Now, if the child was engaging in the acts that they are speaking of, then the school is not helping anyone. Special needs children are allowed to be in regular classrooms with help.
