North Cape May - How can someone in the medical field give any type of advice about losing weight when they themselves are pretty much a walking Barbie doll, and by that I mean getting the gastric sleeve, fake breasts, LASIK eye surgery, tanning, etc.? Wish I got paid to make people feel bad about themselves for not being able to afford things.
