North Cape May - It seems North Cape May has become a dumping ground for people cleaning out their homes. I'm tired of seeing mattresses, furniture, lamps, rugs, etc., sitting on the curb for up to a few weeks. Additionally, people putting out their trash on the weekend knowing it isn't picked up until Friday makes the neighborhood look like a dump. Don't we have an ordinance against this?
