Lower Township - There have been numerous discussions on the walkway issue in Lower Twp., specifically from those folks on the beach block in Town Bank and North Cape May, in the spouts. What people are missing is more important and that is the quality of life issues. This once quaint area is now being transformed into the beach towns that were once a treasure on the ocean. Rental units have replaced family vacation homes. Owners now have weekly rentals and are rewarded nicely and more people are cashing in. Sorry to say that this area will never be the same, and will be remembered as the way it was.
