North Cape May - It is the middle of June. There are many people coming to the shore for day trips, weekends and weekly rentals. Don't you think there might be at least one person with enough common sense to have all the road construction projects completed by, let's say, the middle of May? Instead we have work crews, construction vehicles, lane closures, etc. tying up traffic. It's like a giant billboard - "Welcome to our summer resort. We don't give two hoots about your stay here."
