I found the article on the Lower Township Economic Committee mee

North Cape May - I found the article on the Lower Township Economic Committee meeting rather amusing. Is this the land of Oz with the wizard behind the curtain who appears to have substance but in the end it is fluff? How does an affluent Chester County, Pa. relate to the high unemployment, high number of unemployment recipients and lack of opportunities that is Lower Township. I hope that the real reason isn't tax breaks for the wealthy of the township at the expense of overburdened taxpayers. Let's hope that we are not like Dorthy who meets the wizard and finds out that there is nothing.
