Dennis Township - The Herald 11-27-13 Letter to the Editor titled "ATV Noise in Dennis Township is Public Health Hazard" poses many perplexing questions relative to DT government willfully obstructing health, safety and welfare obligations. Why is DT the only municipality in Cape May Co. without a noise ordinance? Why did the ATV Subcommittee (led by two Committeemen with personal interests in ATVs) stop all meetings on 06-10-12 regarding noise? Why did Township Committee on 03-01-11 distribute a draft noise ordinance and then negate the "municipal process" of subsequent publication and public commentary?
