North Cape May - With this county becoming a melting pot with many different languages spoken, can we please, when it comes to work-related places, make English a primary language? When someone is trying to train an employee who speaks broken English, both parties end up very frustrated and the trainer has to repeat him or herself at least two times. When working in a busy, hot kitchen, nobody has time to keep repeating or having to remake food because one person refuses to understand what is spoken to them. But you have to be careful because they can easily claim you are discriminating against them when trying to help.
