North Cape May - Animal control is doing a terrific job on the bay. It was impressive with two police officers June 29-30. People just don't think the dog laws apply to them. Signs clearly state, "No dogs between Memorial Day and Labor Day." We, as homeowners, will keep calling on the dogs. And animal control will keep chasing you.
