Why is the Teacher's Union saying teachers are heroes? They are at home with no face to face contact, getting paid their high salary, and many are not working a full day, if any . The heroes are the employees at our grocery and other essential stores that are paid very little and coming face to face with customers. The medical staff are not hurting for money but are face to face with people in a crisis. They are heroes along with our police yes!! and firefighters and EMTs who help protect and transfer people who need care!! Thanks to them!
