To the spouter complaining about the ice cream truck keeping the music on while the vehicle is stopped: I am glad that he/she keeps it playing because while he/she is stopped and selling cones, etc., to the kids, the music lets cars in the area know that kids are around and no doubt not paying attention to traffic. He stops in my neighborhood, the kids flock to him and cars do slow down when they pass by the truck. Good job ice cream man. Thank you.
