Re: All the negative comments about Sea Isle. It appears that most of these comments come from folks that live there either full or part time. The issues with Sea Isle started a long time ago when the single vacation cottage was replaced with a dozen condos. Each condo added at least one car and two people. Now the small island is overbuilt and overpopulated. Too many people in one place these days is not a good thing. You are not alone. The trend is everywhere on the barrier islands. As Gordon Gekko said, "Greed is good". He was all wrong, wasn't he.
