Please go out and vote in the January 26 school bond referendum, regardless of your position. However, it is ironic how so many have a great deal to say on the issue of the athletic building at the high school. These are likely the same citizens who complain about lack of things for kids to do in our town, the increased use of drugs, and ongoing violence in the area. The same who are probably inclined to degrade and criticize the area's inability to compete in most athletic programs in recent years. Enrollment is down and has nothing to do with keeping up with the Joneses.
