Lower Township is considering installing emergency ramps that would be eight feet wide at the end of several streets along Beach Drive from North Cape May to Villas. Why do I think this plan reeks? What type of emergency vehicle would be able to navigate on these beaches at high tide? When was the last time an emergency vehicle was needed on our beaches? This mayor and council are up to no good again for development on the beachfront. This proposal will be voted on at the February meeting when most vacation homeowners are not available to attend. Disgraceful!
