I read with interest the missives regarding “dogs on the beach” in North Cape May. On two recent occasions I have encountered a young woman who runs with her dogs on the beach. The large dogs are unleashed. I have witnessed these dogs pooping on the beach, with their owner totally oblivious, as she runs ahead of them. It is irresponsible dog lovers like this who are giving all of you a black eye. I don’t have dogs; too much work. My cat, however, might enjoy some beach time playing in the "giant litter box." Fair enough?
