Congratulations to the Lower Twp. Council. You did the right thing by approving the new beach ordinance. It's a common sense rule that respects all the beach goers, not just the dog lovers. Any health department will agree that dogs and barefoot humans do not mix. Sad that one TV show could change the landscape so quickly for Lower beaches. Keep your dogs in the shade during the heat of the day and not lifting their legs where people walk and relax.
