Christie can afford to make the pension payments but chooses not

Middle Township - Christie can afford to make the pension payments but chooses not to. The pension system doesn't need to be "reformed." The bills need to be paid even if it does require tax increases. I can't decide not to pay my mortgage if I can afford it.
