State DOT is a waste of our tax dollars. I observed them cutting grass along 47 with mowers and a tractor. There is no self pride in cutting grass, they don't clean off the sidewalks or clear any debris prior to cutting. Where are the supervisors? These state workers should be thankful to have good-paying jobs with a pension and health benefits. Does anybody care?
