To the spouter who wrote about appealing a case to Superior Court and having the lower court verdict overturned: I too went through the same situation. It puts the lower court on trial also because of their own doings. Three things were accomplished by appealing this case; the real criminals had to pay a fine, I did not; the municipal court was found guilty because of a bad conviction; it showed that real justice does stand in Superior Court. We would also like to add when a lawyer does an appeal free against a lower court, it tells you that a great injustice occurred.
