The spouter talking about spending money on a squirrel is ridiculous. The problem is when someone is waving a police officer down, they are supposed to stop. I did everything but jump through hoops for this car to stop. Then this car was at a restaurant on the route to my friend's house, who, by the way, rehabbed the squirrel. It's not about the squirrel. What concerns me is break-time was more important than a citizen trying to get help.
