To the spouter saying the administrator playing both sides of the fence is the dumbest thing they ever heard - You must not get out much. This administrator may make a lot of money but getting productive results is better than losing money on a business as usual administrator. By "both sides of the fence," I meant she tries to reach a happier result for individuals on both sides of the issue. What this township needs is someone earning their pay, which I believe she does.
