Middle Township should not use eminent domain to take land just so it can be sold to Ryan Homes and make a rich developer company even richer at the expense of MT residents and the environment. The mayor and committee should realize that Ryan Homes did not elect them, residents did. Many of lived here our entire lives. We have seen how MT is being quickly overdeveloped and fast our taxes are going up. The mayor and committee should be more concerned about our interests rather than catering to those that want to live here. Using our taxes to buy land just to sell it a developer is not legal!
