I was shocked to see how run down Carol Nicoletta Park (Shellbay Ave) has become. Trash and cigarette butts all over the ground, rotting wooden gazebo posts, and a bunch of other debris in the water area seen at low tide. It's absolutely filthy. Who is responsible for maintaining this recreation area? Boat launch ramp has been broken and unusable for years. It's a shame that a place of such beauty and potential, sits in shambles.
