Bob Shannon, Quaker City, forever missed. Although my joy in the Mummers’ string bands never ends, I greatly miss seeing him there, and I’m just a fan. Last time I saw him was at a Deptford shopping center, and he had all the spirit and smiles that he brought to the parade. Nice guy.
