It is interesting that all the military personnel who would actually have to launch a nuclear strike from our silos and submarines have to undergo a long battery of psychological tests before they are assigned to this responsibility. I wonder why this shouldn't include either President Clinton or President Trump before they are entrusted with our nuclear codes? Absent any empirical test results for both candidates on their psychological soundness, the best voters can do is evaluate and decide who best projects stability, knowledge, and discipline to be so entrusted by 318 million Americans?
