Lower Township - There are several speed limit signs, stop signs and traffic lights blocked by bushes and tree branches. Especially bad is the traffic light at the northeast corner of Seashore and Breakwater. How many county Road Department trucks drive by this light each day with their shop being just down the street? Hand Avenue in Court House also has several blocked signs.
