Why doesn't the Lower Township code enforcer enforce the laws on

Erma - Why doesn't the Lower Township code enforcer enforce the laws on Lower Township's books concerning wood stands along Seashore Rd. and Erma Park? There are seven firewood stands on Seashore Rd. and three on Rt. 9, which includes one on condemned property and one on Public Park. I own two properties in Erma. Maybe I'll put two more firewood stands up. Why not, they can do it so why can't I?
