There are multiple no-smoking signs at the field where the footb

Lower Township - There are multiple no-smoking signs at the field where the football games and practices are in Lower Township but it does not stop the parents from smoking at the field. They stand right in front of the no-smoking signs and smoke their cigarettes. They stand at the playground smoking and it's disgusting. If you choose to smoke on your own time then so be it, but the field is a no-smoking area. Why is nothing done to enforce this? Year after year it's the same thing with parents smoking at practices and games and nothing happening. Can someone stop this?
