Avalon - I see that the police are very diligent about ticketing for parking by yellow lines, even when the yellow is faded almost to invisibility. Interesting that they can spot it even in the dark. It would be especially nice if the borough was equally diligent about policing for homeowners who paint their own yellow lines just because they don't want cars in front of their homes. I suppose money really does talk.
