I smell something fishy going on at Lower Township School Distri

Lower Township - I smell something fishy going on at Lower Township School District. Again, another contracted maintenance person up for bid when there's not an opening. Why is it that normally when a job is awarded they say who they are replacing? Did the township find extra money to hire more people when they don't need them? I can get by with subs. I think it's time for the board to question some of these hirings rather than rubber stamp what they are given.
