My wife and I went out for drinks and the bar was packed, except

Cape May - My wife and I went out for drinks and the bar was packed, except for two seats. We went to sit in them and people said they were saving them for friends who were coming in a bit. My wife and I went to a table and an hour later the people showed up for the two seats. I think the bartenders should have a rule that there's no saving seats for friends unless they're there.
