Lower Township - The election is over and we are all looking forward to the promises made by politicians about lowering our taxes and better and more transparent government. Let's all hope this comes true in Cape May County where our tax dollars are being spent on bike trails and traffic circles instead of replacing aging roads and bridges. We need to hold our political leaders accountable for wasteful spending or vote them out of office. It's time for the two-party system to come back to this county and elect leaders who truly care about the needs of the residents.
