Lower Township - Congratulations to the gentleman who got up during the L.T. council meeting and told the governing body that the taxpayers interest should be number one when discussing township business. His point was well taken when the mayor fumbled around with an explanation of what would happen during the in- house reassessment. The mayor also indicated that the FEMA/Sandy issue came out of the blue. Excuse me, but wasn't Sandy over a year ago? The manager stating that Washington can print money, and was challenged by you can too by raising taxes. The tap dancing never seems to end at townhall.
