A gas station has been empty for over two years. The roads are deplorable, dodging potholes on roads with 1965 lighting. Use led lighting, it's 2017. No decent walkway along the bay. You have to walk in the street and dodge cars and trucks or walk in front of houses, where you can see the bay. If they built an elevated walkway along the bay, it would be a big improvement. And you can enjoy a walk and watch a sunset with friends and family.
