Lower Township - All talk and no action regarding the walkway along the bay in North Cape May. Now they're saying they want to fix up the pavement on the east side of the street, instead of putting a walkway on the west side, where it would protect the dunes from decay and sand drifting in the street, but most of all it would be safer for pedestrians who walk in the street dodging cars. An elevated walkway would be ideal for families who like to walk and ride their bikes in the morning. There is the best sunset ever to watch and enjoy and be safe.
